I’m Ellen. “Instructional designer” can mean very different things, depending on your organization’s culture. For me, it means that I get to learn about and tackle unique challenges everyday.

I joined the Learning field seven years ago, passionately excited about the possibilities of new technologies. I love illustration and visual design, but these skills would be useless to me without the ability to manage projects, coordinate and collaborate with others.
